As a practicing naturopath I commend for encouraging the vegan lifestyle. A lot fewer people would have health issues if they adhered more closely to this diet.

I’m sure the reindeer run end the Christmas vegan fair is a lot of fun. I’ll try to attend that event, i know i’ll enjoy and at the same time help animals.

Vegan didn’t just help people to be healthy and fit , they also helps animals in their own ways.

i became a Vegan three years ago and i can say that my health have been very very good. meat and dairy substitutes like soy also works well for the body.
