What’s that? An actual recipe, you say? I seem to be doing better than I thought this month! I have quite a few juice an smoothie recipes coming up (if you can call them recipes), so if you like to drink your fruit and veg, keep an eye on the blog for the next week or so!
I know juice has kind of gotten a bad reputation lately, but I feel like some green juice always makes me feel more awake and helps me through my afternoon slumps. I try to limit myself to having juice once or twice a week, and so far I’ve not died, so I’ll live on the wild side and keep drinking my green juices!
This pineapple & kale concoction is so simple, you can hardly call it a recipe. It’s an ideal beginners green juice though, since it has lots of healthy kale with the amazing flavour of pineapple!
Ingredients (for 1 Serving)
1 cup Kale
1 cup Pineapple
Chuck the whole thing through a juicer. Serve.
