I’ve been a bit absent from the blog lately, but now that September has started, that will be over! I’ll be posting every day for the month, and will hopefully be blogging a bit more afterwards, when the wedding is over and I have a little bit more time to spend on the blog.
However, I do have to be honest. I was initially planning to write a breakfast-themed series, with each week given a different category. I had it all planned out – Porridge Week, Juice & Smoothie Week, Brunch Week… and then I realised that with all the changes happening at the moment and my limited spare time, I just wouldn’t be able to keep up with creating & testing recipes, shooting them and posting them. Instead, I’m going to keep up with the regular themes on this blog – reviews, music, beauty posts and, of course, vegan food. There will (hopefully) be a post every day, but they won’t relate to a specific theme (although the food posts will still all be breakfast-appropriate) and they won’t all have to do with food. So if that’s a disappointment to you, I’m really sorry! But it isn’t half as big a disappointment as this blog would have been if I had miserably failed at Vegan MoFo in general.
I hope that next year, with a bit more time and better planning, I’ll be able to give you an EXCELLENT and food-packed Vegan MoFo!
