Agave-Sweetened Raspberry Sorbet

As I mentioned in my recent The VeganKind Box 9 review, I was super proud to have one of my recipes featured in this month’s box.

I wanted to make sure that all my blog followers could access it, so here it is!

400g Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
125ml Agave Syrup

125ml Water
1 teaspoon Vanilla Paste (or 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract)


1. In a saucepan, bring raspberries, agave and water to a boil. Let them simmer until the mixture is smooth and slightly reduced

2. Strain through a sieve and mix in vanilla

3. Let the mixture cool and place in the fridge for 1 hour

4. Prepare according to you ice cream maker’s instructions, and leave to firm up in the freezer overnight. Enjoy!
