I have rather sparse eyebrows and have only recently discovered the miracle that is ‘filling them in’. Clever, I know. I’ve used B.‘s eyebrow pencil in the past, but decided to opt for something a little different this time.

The B. Defined Eyebrow Kit comes with a cream highlighter, a wax and two eyebrow powders. You can get it in a light and a dark version – mine is dark.

The packaging is simple to open, sturdy and includes a large mirror. There’s also a little angled brush and an eyebrow brush, which I love! All four products are easy to apply, although there is some fallout when you use the angled end of the brush to apply the colour powder – this could probably be remedied with a softer brush.

While I’m very pleased with the staying power of the wax, I’m not so impressed with the powders and highlighter. While they are easy to apply and give fantastically sharp results, they don’t really have much staying power and have deserted my face by mid-morning.

Overall, I think this product is more suitable for a night out or to have in your bag to touch up existing makeup than as a day-to-day office makeup staple. I don’t regret buying it, and I’m sure I’ll get lots of use out of it, but I don’t think I’ll repurchase.
