The place that introduced me too how tasty seitan can be! Not usually one to go for vegan ‘junk food’ but Down the Hatch was really tasty and had lots of new, innovative vegetarian/vegan cooking that I really enjoyed. Add in friendly staff and decent prices and you have a boss restaurant.
Always been the 1st place we head to when on our Liverpool visits. It’s amazing ??
