During March, Lush – the high street cosmetic company – will be promoting Animal Aid’s Meat-Free Month initiative in their stores. Animal Aid’s new ‘Meat-Free! Feed four for under a fiver’ recipe booklet – which reveals the hidden costs of meat (human health, the environment and of course animal welfare) and provides seven simple recipes, with contributions by Rose Elliot, – will be available in Lush stores nationwide, in addition to other resources. We need your help to highlight this important initiative.
A Meat-Free Month event will be taking place at the Lush store in Liverpool on Sat 14th March from 12 noon until 2 pm. We are looking for local people who can help hand out the free recipe booklets (which are entirely vegan) and some free samples of Redwood sausages and chicken pieces. Just to let you know Dragon Indulgence in Grand Central Hall in Liverpool will be helping animal aid on 14th March by handing out free recipie booklets. We dont have many so get them while you can.
