As you can see from the banner below it is National Vegetarian Week beginning May 22nd.
In addition to the banner (from the Vegetarian Society website) I have created a corner banner that can be added to any blog or website. Remember the Make Poverty History corner banners from last year ? Well I took influence from that, plus the logo from the National Veggie Week desktop wallpaper and created the banner in the top right-hand side of this website. It is a bit rough, but it is my first attempt at anything like this and I am proud of it.
