Today I’m going to introduce you to a new (to me) variety of snack bars: The Creative Nature Superfood Snack Bars! Regular readers are probably aware that I don’t really like date-based bars, so I was a little bit apprehensive about these, but I was pleasantly surprised!

I was sent three different flavours to try: Blissful Berry, Sublime Seed, Heavenly Cacao and Tropical Treat. While Sublime Seed was definitely my favourite, Jake loved Tropical Treat most! The bars are very fruity and mild, making them an excellent snack. I often feel a little ill when I eat Nakd bars (not that that stops me), which I think is a result of the dates and nuts mix. Creative Nature bars didn’t have that effect at all, I felt that they were far less sickeningly sweet and had much more balanced flavours. They were very easy on the digestive system and left me feeling satisfied an energised, but not at all full or sluggish. I love that they have a fairly high protein content and incorporate super foods!

I would definitely buy these again and I hope to start seeing them more readily available soon. At £0.99 per bar, they’re not incredibly expensive and considering the high quality of the ingredients, I really think they’re worth the price!
